The Magajiya

THE MAGAGIYA

Hey Goddesses, I am HRH Queen Ameenata and I am a consultant and professional confidence builder among several other things. Growing up in the not so "post racial" United States of America has taught me many things.   My road to confidence in being 100% natural in an unnatural world has been rough. A woman of African descent,  battling the European standards of beauty, dress, speech, and body image is hard, Something deep within is what got me through, and it is what sustains me today. It is that very strength which I want to share with you, and also learn from you as you share your story with me.  Learning to love myself in spite of the world telling me there is nothing about me to love is a testimony. Turning all those negatives into positives is an absolute must. Speaking  life into every situation and person I come across has not always been met with a positive response.  But I kept pressing on. It's what helped me to live and walk in my confidence.

My 10 C's to Confidence formula has helped many women to release the Goddess within and walk in their purpose.  My 6 types of female empowerment are what I have learned on my journey to becoming The Magajiya. In this journey, I have also learned how to be a thermostat in a thermometer world.  Although the 2 are in the same family, they have completely different functions.  It's  critical  to not only know the difference between the 2, but to also understand how important being 1 over the other is when it comes to life.

Embracing my inner Goddess is what got me to where I am today. Creating this global sisterhood where women from all over the world and from different backgrounds TRULY uplift, support, and encourage one another is a way for all of us to connect and grow together.  Living by The Goddess State of Mind everyday as we govern our individual Goddess-verse.

The Creative

THE CREATIVE

Merry Meet and Merry Greet. I’m Susan Lehmkuhl, aka the Creative Sister Goddess.  I am a Phoenix AZ realtor with a passion for creativity, empowerment and magick.   Growing up I dreamed of being a graphic designer.  I loved to draw and doodle.  I had a knack for creating various kinds of art, writing and storytelling.  In high school, I took classes in graphic design and after graduation I attended a junior college earning an associates degree in commercial art.  I was well on my way to actualizing my dreams.  Unfortunately, that dream got derailed and what follows is my story about the resurrection of a dream.

After graduation from junior college, my dad introduced me to a local graphic artist in my hometown of Billings, Montana.  I was so excited.  I took my portfolio in and proudly laid out my work including several awards I’d won during the course of my time at college.   The gentleman with whom I was interviewing was blunt.  In his opinion, I had no talent.  I would never have a career in graphic design.  He said that even with more education, I had no future.

This coupled with a high school counselor telling me the only thing I should go to college for was to obtain my “MRS” degree, i was crushed.   My self esteem destroyed.  I allowed those men to desomate a dream.   It would many, many years before the spark of creativity reignited within my soul but some things even when doused with the gasoline of hatred, control and contempt are not meant to die.  Over the years, I would dabble in various forms of creative expression including stamping, stained glass, writing, and jewelry making.   Unfortunately, I didn’t have the support of family and friends which resulted in each activity being thrown to the wayside due to pressure from my husband who didn’t think my “hobbies” were of value.

Fast forward past a 20-year relationship and 2 children.  Suddenly I found myself divorced and uncertain about what I wanted to do or how I was going to make a living.  I obtained my real estate license.   I've done well, unfortunately my soul isn’t fed by the work. I enjoy working with buyers and sellers, I found that love the creative process of developing marketing much more.

I have a talent for creating amazing graphics and designs that can be used in various marketing formats.  I have an eye for color and layout.  Im not afraid to try things that are a little different.  I come up with unique copy that get to the heart of the issue instead of beating around the bush or inflating egos.  My designs resonate with the target market and get results.

Wytch Works has become a creative outlet for my varied interests and passions outside of real estate.  The store inventory is reflective of the eclectic nature of my interests and passions.   I have an enormous passion for equal rights.  Change is a necessity and it must begin with each individual.  I am intent on using this platform as well as my voice, both in person and on social media, to speak out against inequality.  I am also an advocate of fair and humane treatment to animals of all kinds.  We must be the voice for those creatures unable to speak for themselves...dogs, cats, horses, birds, even the creepy crawly critters and wildlife.  Finally, with platforms such as Canva and others, I have been able to channel my creativity and whit into making unique greeting cards and marketing campaigns for various industries.

Until our paths cross again...
